Fanned out on a jungle ridge in Bukit Sandag, Bull House resembles a gentle beast lowering its sweeping horns toward Sidemen’s dawn-lit valley. Two curved bamboo wings shelter an open bedroom on one side and a cushioned lounge on the other, joined at the centre by a double-deck stone pool: a shallow soak spilling into a larger basin whose outline echoes a pair of horns.
Sip coffee as morning mist lifts off the rice terraces below, then drift in the lower pool with Mt Agung rising to the north. Smooth bamboo arches, a round canopy bed, and hand-woven details keep the interior warm and unpretentious; outside, the terrace feels almost level with the forest canopy, so birds glide past at eye height.

Our houses are located directly to the nature. Hereby, there are some critical safety rules that need to be complied. When you check-in at our hotel you will also be required to sign a LIABILITY WAIVER FORM whose contents are in accordance with the following explanation:
Turtle House features fully open bamboo structures with unobstructed natural views and areas intentionally built without railings to maintain the open-air experience. Please exercise caution around elevated edges. The pool uses an open-edge design. For your safety, please do not walk on the pool wall or pool edges, as they are narrow, may be wet, and are not intended for stepping.
Walkways made from stone and bamboo may be uneven or slippery when wet—please watch your step. As bamboo is highly flammable, smoking and all fire-related activities are strictly prohibited. Children must be supervised at all times.
Squid House includes several playful architectural features. It has a bamboo slide, which can become slippery, especially when wet. Please check its condition before use and enjoy it responsibly.
The house also contains multiple staircases, some of which are narrow, natural-shaped, or uneven. Please walk carefully at all times. Certain elevated areas are intentionally designed without railings to preserve the open bamboo aesthetic.
The pool is shallow — jumping from any height is strictly not allowed. The slide and pool surroundings may be slippery when wet. Children require close supervision, particularly around the stairs, slide, and pool.
Bull House offers an open, dramatic design on the edge of a cliff, with sweeping views of Mount Agung and the Sidemen valley. Because of this location, please stay mindful of your surroundings and maintain caution near edges.
This house features a hammock. It should be used safely — maintain balance and do not exceed the maximum capacity of 200 kg. Guests with a fear of heights may prefer not to use it without assistance.
Bull House is designed fully open without walls, allowing natural wind, air, and light to flow through. Strong winds may occur, so please secure personal belongings and avoid standing on exposed edges during high wind conditions. Some elevated sections are also intentionally without railings to preserve the natural bamboo design.
Jumping into the pool or performing any extreme activity is strictly prohibited. Surfaces made from bamboo and stone may be uneven, so please step carefully. Children require constant supervision due to the open layout, cliffside location, and lack of railings.
It’s mandatory to keep the bamboo building during your stay considering that bamboo is combustible and flammable when they are exposed to fire. Thus, keep the area free of smoking activity and any flammable activities.
Please be mindful as you walk through our property. We have placed natural stone pathways and steps, and many of our surfaces are uneven.

We decline any liability for injuries incurred on our property during activities undertaken at or organized by Veluvana Bali, and we cannot be held responsible for damages or compensation in the event of an accident or incident. Your signature bellow signifies to the fullest extent the waiver of your right to hold Veluvana Bali liable for compensation or other expenses incurred by you or your guest and visitors, irrespective of the cause (including terrorism, force majeure, and acts of god).

Our aim is to make your visit or stay as carefree and joyous as possible. However, Veluvana Bali guests are expected to behave in a safe and respectful manner. If you or any one in your party behaves in a manner which we consider to be unsafe or disrespectful or the cause of nuisance or danger to others on the property, at our request, you undertake to forthwith leave Veluvana Bali.
Our spectacular concept design to make the bamboo house looks more spectacular and has unique and special each house, therefore we didn’t provide barrier railing for certain parts as a protector to keep our concept going on. Please keep carefully for your activities in the house to make you still save.
Your privacy will be the top one with us, If you have your own drone, Please use it around the house only, make sure message us before you do and not disturbing other guest with the noise, shooting and so on, If this happens, We are able reserve the right to terminate your drone and make other guest more comfortable.
